A: No, you should not apply your body weight or stand on the pad. Falling asleep with the pad on can cause burns and be a potential fire hazard.

A: Your account is never charged until your order ships. If you see any pending charge from Calming Cozy or AS SEEN ON TV ITEM on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization to ensure the funds are available so your product can ship without delay.
