To return an item, we request that you first contact us at (800) 462-9895 Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST or Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm EST to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser of Calming Cozy via www.CalmingCozy.com only and is non-transferrable.
What is covered and for how long
Calming Cozy warrants that all new products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for a period of 1 Year or 3 Years (If Extended Warranty Purchased) from date of shipment.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. The warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. Finally, the warranty does not apply to products that do not have a sufficient proof of purchase, items that have expired the warranty period, or lost or stolen products.
What we will do
We will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the paid product price for any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a comparable product, an improved product or refund your purchase price (minus P&H) at our option. If you return a defective product within the first 1 Year or 3 Years (If Extended Warranty Purchased), you will receive a new replacement unit.
What we will not do
We will not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.
What to do to obtain warranty service
To obtain warranty service for Calming Cozy you must follow the following procedures:
1. Contact Calming Cozy Product Support to confirm warranty eligibility and obtain specific return and shipping instructions.

2. Return Calming Cozy with proof of purchase. You may be asked to complete a warranty service request form and submit with your Calming Cozy
3. Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided.
4. Place any necessary return authorization number prominently on the outside of the return packaging. Return packaging not bearing a return authorization number may be refused.
Other items to note regarding your Calming Cozy warranty
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded the paid product price.
Exclusions and limitations
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH CALMING COZY AND STATE OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES RELATING TO THEM. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE CALMING COZY IS PROVIDED WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Other than as permitted by law, we do not limit, exclude or suspend other rights you may have. For a full understanding of your rights you should consult the laws of your state.
